I haven't played VCS, so I don't know much about these 2 characters. But, if I had to choose, I'd choose Reni because she made me laugh as a DJ in LCS. Besides, a transexual woman could probably kill a baby easily lol.

Not much is known about Uncle Leone except that he takes over as the leader of the Sicilian Mafia. And he looks old as compared to Torini, so, if in a fight, Torini would have an advantage.

Massimo organized everything, Uncle Leone is not even named like that, it was just that Salvatore knew him as somebody of the Sicilian mob and went to talk to him in a respectable way, thus calling him "uncle". He's unnamed. And he barely had anything with any of the plans.

OG Loc, only because he wanted to be a gangsta rapper (while he was completely fake and phony).

Diaz was just annoying with his attitude and f*ck him for being behind the death of Pete Vance.

I liked Ricardo Diaz way better. He was a powerful leader of a gang. His gang held VC's drug power for a very long time, until Tommy Vercetti came along and crushed his Empire. Ricardo was a wimp, but I still liked him. He was way better than that stupid OG Loc character.

 

I hated OG Loc! He was very annoying and a wanksta lol. Ricardo Diaz FTW!

Mary Beth only appeared twice, and every time she was... just the character that you'd never expect to see in a GTA game.

Louise was important to Vic. People say she's just a hillbilly, well, as the story goes on she becomes less and less of one.

Marty would just drown himself in liquor, not to mention that Catalina is smarter and quite strong for a woman too.

Catalina was a pretty harsh antagonist, and a worthy one at that.

Marty was just some drunkard.

Just Like Little Jacob and Packie...

 

Both were awesome characters and even though Phil Would win(Without one arm), I vote for 8-Ball because he has an awesome voice actor.
