Umberto easily, and mission wise JD had the most annoying missions in LCS, all of the Portland missions were crappy except for Dead Meat.

I would have to vote for Umberto. He is the leader of the Cubans. I liked the Cubans because they were allies to the Vercetti Gang. He made me laugh, too. Like I said before, I hated JD. He was annoying and I was happy when he died. He was a traitor and a rat!

Umberto Robina was one of my favorite characters because his voice actor Trejo, and... HE HAS BALLS!

Phil cassidy, even though he was a retard he was kind of good and his missions were interesting.

I vote for Armando Mendez. He was guarded by 10000 of goons and all of them accurate shooters, as for himself, he put up a good fight, and I took quite a long time to kill him with my chainsaw.

Also the Mendez missions were all more interesting than any Phil mission from VC or VCS.

I liked Woozie way better. He was a powerful leader. Even though he was blind, he was still cool. He was more bad-ass than Kent Paul. Also, he was a good friend of CJ's.

 

Kent Paul was a little too annoying in VC. But, he was funny in SA. However, he isn't a gangster so he would probably be massacred by Woozie. He hasn't even held a gun probably. Woozie has my vote.

Kent Paul was annoying in VC, but he was okay in SA. "Okay" doesn't top Woozie's awesomeness, though. He was one of my favorite characters, what with being blind and able to street race at the same time.

I go for Avery Carrington because he was a good friend and helped i some ways. Cortex just used us and then disappeared without fulfilling his promise of helping us relating the deal wreck. I hated his French Tantrums too.
