I know there isn't supposed to be any modding, but maybe it's one of the things we are meant to discover for ourselves... csroka Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 there might not be any customization however there may be some non stock items already on cars..similar to sr where you could find cars with custom items...as in phil bells video you can see that the car at the very begining has nice rims...however that culd just be because hes in a nice car.
