The Unvirginiser
Ok So I have wireless in my house. The hub is in the next room and drilling is not an option. However I have a computer in the same room with a BT voyager wireless thingy that picks up the internet from the hub in the next room. To avoid buying the MS wireless adapter is it possible to connect my computer to my x-box and connect that way? Thanks a lot
Chadg
Yes, that's what I have to do when I have my 360 hooked up in my room. Heres what you do: 1.go to control panel 2.go to network connections --> wireless network connection 3.click on properties 4.go to advanced tab, and select "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's internet connection" You should be able to get onto LIVE now. Voodoo
By BT do you mean a Bluetooth adaptor connected via USB? If so, ICS should be able to share that connection. You'll just need to connect your 360 to your PC's NIC with an ethernet cable. Here's the guide.
