[-Vice-Andreas-] Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 The 'secrets & more' article said we could ride the rides (or at least test 2 of them). and now the OXM article scans, the little section that talks about socialising, going bowling with friends and dates etc. If we were able to do something so big as to ride some rides at a theme park, wouldn't they have mentioned that aswell? A preview writer asked if they could ride, but were told that the rides were "closed for maintenance" - which suggest that were either not implemented yet, or they aren't available to ride. Considering you can take helicopter tours... and that one of the first screenies was of a car passing by the rollercoaster, it suggests to me that they'll be there, and you can ride them. So, offically said, yes you can ride rollercoasters in IV. How many? Dunno. We have to find out on 29th april. But bear in mind in the preview it mentioned atleast 2 rides you could test, plus from another preview I read someone saying the theme park has tons of things to do it.
