I fear it will say "Liberty City" on every license plate in the final game, because even in the OXM Review the license plates still only say "Liberty City". But shouldn't a "review" that also shows HUD etc. have images of the finished game? And not of a "preview" version that has those placeholders? He said the R* was still doing some final touches before production. Plus, I'm sure it's not hard for them to turn off things for the review model.
