Sure there's helicopters, but how often do you think parachutes will be laying around? You won't magically get one like previously, at the least. Also, wrong section. And don't make topics to ask things like this, check the pinned topics in the regular area. Also, if you went into the pinned "Facts" topic above, you could have did a word search for "parachute" and probably found your answer. If no results were found then there's not official word on it.
