Though that doesn't mean the same kind of vehicle won't be used...an armored car can be used for any number of things. Other NOOSE trucks have been black in colour, and the armoured trucks are branded with gruppe sechs or something. Now thats the quote which is given on the official site. Its quite obvious that its an LCPD vehical, due to the colour scheme and the LCPD badge on the side. I think a N.O.O.S.E van may be different to this (or colour at least). But as there is no name tags above the truck this could quite easily be something like Team Mafiya Work.
