My 360 crashed in later March and sent in a repair order as soon as it happened. They had some problems and won't be able to get me my box to send it in until sometime this week (14-19). I was wanting some kind of reassurance that by some sheer happenstance I'll have it fixed by April 29th.... Its sucks big time and if thread is stupid just lock it...... pilfered Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 when i sent mine in right before xmas it was a 2 week turn around time from the time i called them to ask for my box till when I received my new one. They seemed to be breaking a lot, but lately I haven't heard of any stories of them breaking.
