Because it's the future, every game with drivable vehicles in the games uses the right trigger as the acceleration button. Also the right trigger is pressure sensitive aswell so you'll be able to control your speed. RT and LT are perfect for acceleration and brake. D- Ice Posted April 13, 2008 Share Posted April 13, 2008 It's great to see how identical the controls are for the PS3 and XBOX360, except the XBOX360 has the left directional buttons and the left analogue stick in each others place. But these controls are very different from the previous GTA nonetheless, and it'll be slightly enjoyable relearning the GTA controls like when I first bough GTA3 instead of knowing them before even opening the game case. I was thinking that too. These controls look great, I don't see how anyone could not like them. Once you get used to them, you will like them too. Well, for Forza 2, thats the base layout, with b and x controlling the shifting. I however changed it to having A as accelreation, x as brake, and the triggers as the shifting, because it felt easier to control the car, and more realistic considering many of the cars in the game use a paddle-shifting setup, whic the triggers simulate nicely. Some of the controls for the 360 have been mentioned in some articles and the rest have probably been guessed but I personally think they´ll be pretty accurate and as for the PS3 controls, they were leaked quite a while back. Try aiming with the right analogue, accelerating with A or X and shooting at the same time, then see if its stupid Seen as shoot in car is LB or L1, its very difficult.
