If this is the case ring the number on the back of your reward card and ask for the pre-order number. When you go to pick the game up just tell them the number and wala... sorry fell asleep! brianjoelmartin Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 they dont necessarily put your name in...i preordered at best buy...and they just give you the preorder box and receipt. if you paid with credit card they can pull up your receipt but if u paid cash your screwed. thats why on the back of the preorder box it says u have to have ur receipt...someone who could be this careless with the preorder of GTA IV clearly isnt a true fan. I have my preorder box, receipt inside of that...in the blue best buy bag...in the box my PS3 came in...so next time dont lose it..cuz its not the stores responsibility...its yours Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
