Like as we have seen Niko with longer facial hair etc...maybe he can just get a quick trim and not a full shave, like his hair, maybe he just gets it cut back short again after it grows, if you want it too, although, i know for a fact that its not going to grow really long, lol that would just be stupid... What they couldnt do (for technical reasons) is allow for changes in mass (like gyming it) etc. But they decided this being out was for the best anyway.
