Rambone2007 Posted April 13, 2008 Share Posted April 13, 2008 I've made the decision to avoid all GTA4 websites beginning April 20th or so. This is a self-imposed exile but there's a point to it. I want to be BLOWN AWAY the first time I pop the GTA4 disc in my 360. The more and more info I read, (even if there are no real spoilers involved) the more I feel like I know what to expect. After reading dozens of previews, I feel like I know enough about the game. Is anybody else going to avoid the early reviews and other nuggets of info that are coming out soon???? I don't need to read reviews and watch gameplay videos (that's if any actually come out) to reinforce that fact. Just got an email from Amazon, that mine whouldn't be delivered untill the 28th. 1killadude1 Posted April 13, 2008 Share Posted April 13, 2008 I thought about resisting...but i cant and I know i will be blown away by the game anyways.I wont read the strategy guide though cause that would ruin it...so as long it doesn't spoil the story im ok. after I get the game i probably wont even be on my computer for a couple of weeks. so unless im really stuck im not gonna look at the strategy guide after release either. Would like to but I'm forced to read a couple of reviews to check if the PS3 versions doesn't have framerate issues before buying. Doing that (staying away) makes time fly by fast.
