I can't really remember, but I thought it did.. in which case it would make sense to continue using the "traditional" GTA opening, would it not? Although 4 is supposed to be the next leap for the franchise, so maybe they want to start afresh with the whole thing, intro included. No. I mean, even the little loading bar was the exact same. And if it's a whole new generation type thing, don't you think they would change it up? Yeah you'd think they'd find something new and exciting. And the colour palette is different on certain logos. You'll also notice in the fake video that the guide says 'New Immigrants'... I'm not a grammar genius, but I that adding the adjective 'New' to the term 'Immigrants' in this situation would be grammatically incorrect, redundant even.
