I don't find it very interesting to be honest. They talk a lot of BS like that it could be delayed if EA takes over Take2 and other crap. Pachter is a noob when it comes to business and economy. It's like with BioWare, even if EA would buy Take2 (or get the majority of the shares, same thing) they don't have anything to say from one day to the other. Such things take their time.
