I see it as Crackdown on steroids. Not for graphics but just because you and 15 of your friends can run around doing whatever the hell you want without being confined to a certain area. Unlike a handful of the AAA titles with stellar graphics thus far, it encompasses so much more than just a pretty still frame. Simply staring out from the corner of a street, by a harbor or in the downtown area brings along more things going on at once than any other game. More than even Ratchet, Assasin's Creed, Halo 3, etc. Still-frames of this game can look beautiful, but you've experienced NOTHING truly next-gen until you have played IV. Nothing. EDIT - A few people like to claim certain things look like PS2 graphics but can never find anything comparable from the entire PS2 library. Why even say that?
