pumpkinpiehaircuttedfreak Posted April 13, 2008 Share Posted April 13, 2008 (edited) Does anyone else remember the guy that claimed to have seen a parked van that had R* devs inside it at NYC at night? this happened before the location of the game was confirmed. he claimed to have see computer equipment and such in the van with "GTA IV" written on them. im jst wondering how this guy could have predicted that. if anyone has a like to that topic, it would be nice. i would have posted this earlier, but i jst remembered the guy now.
