OrionSR
Afaik, there are USB ports in a PS2/PS3. Plug the Flash drive into them. Then insert your CD of AR MAX, CodeBreaker, GameShark, or other program with support for copying your saves to USB. Copying saves is not a function built into the PS2. I use AR Max and have found that the .max format is supported by more save utilities that any other format, but conversion utilities can handle any common format except for PS3, so it doesn't make much difference. AR Max seems to work fairly well, and I've read good things about Codebreaker's USB support. You need to be careful when choosing one of these programs. There are many versions of similar programs and not all of the flavors support copying saves to USB. If you have AR Max I might be able to provide more specific instructions. Where are you getting stuck?
