(Del)
Then download it and do it yourself . But for my download, I choose not too.. partly because I'm not that great of a Dodo flyer, and also it'll give the person that sense of achievement for retrieving the last hidden package. (Del)
I dont mean to sound disrespectful here, but I have no intentions of using your save. If people want 100 packages, they can do it themselves. I've already tried this out anyway, and the download just expires, so i've decided to stick with my own. I completely understand what you're saying, and I too have gotten the 100th package after I posted the topic, but decided to let the people get it [As stated in my previous post] As for the Record books. Will do.

Well, by using the savegame Astarot provided or by weapon cheat (GUNSGUNSGUNSGUNS...) you can pack on enough ammo for RL first, then get the police attention by making crimes or entering cheat (MOREPOLICEPLEASE) and when your level is 3 or 4 stars, start using the rocket launcher to blow up police cars and helicopters. Do not forget to replenish your health and armor regularly as the more wanted level you have, the more the likelihood enforcement agencies will want to kill you. When you'll get 5-star wanted level that way (because the cheat does not raise your wanted level over 4 stars no matter how you try), the FBI will come after you. NOTE: Getting 5-star level is the most difficult thing on Portland (I noticed it was easier on Staunton) but, go ahead and try.

Claude Speed.
So how did (Del) do it? Or is it a mistake?
Nukey Shay
Supposedly from having one show up in Vigilante (i.e. perp was driving one). Doesn't really matter tho...since (unlike the garages) the I/E crane does not give you a percentage boost until all seven vehicles are delivered. This means that even floating a BarracksOL across the water would pretty much be a waste of time. The Rhino is not available prior to "Arms Shortage" no matter what you'd do...aside from using cheats to spawn it. @Yatesyz You don't need to complete the intro mission to be able to save. You can "break out" of the mission beforehand A simple way is to do this: After the intro cutscene, get in the Karuma and drive it around the burning wreckage...then up the little ramp on the bridge divider. Drive up to near where the bridge divider splits and get out. Push the car from the side to cause it to topple off the bridge divider and roll upside-down. You will receive the message for mission failure. RIGHT WHEN that message appears onscreen, run to the gap in the bridge divider. You will fall to the street below the bridge. The screen will be fading out as your character is climbing back on his feet. When you reappear, the mission is NOT in progress Just run / jump off the bridge and do whatever you want. NOTES: The Portland safehouse will be locked (because 8-ball normally unlocks it for you). To unlock it yourself, use a vehicle parked right up alongside the safehouse to defeat collision-detection and get inside. However, the Staunton and Shoreside safehouses are unlocked...no addditional steps are necessary there. If you save the game, no caption is given to the save slot. The intro mission can be reactivated by visiting the correct location on (or directly below) the bridge. Be careful when walking below the bridge near the tunnel there. When you replay the mission, the clock will roll back to 4am on the CURRENT DAY...and the Portland safehouse will return to it's locked state (if you tricked your way into it to unlock it yourself). Because the clock rolls to 4am without advancing the #days counter, this means that you could complete much of the game while keeping that stat at zero. Just revisit the spot on the bridge to roll the clock back whenever the clock is approaching midnight (and then reuse the trick to break out of the mission again). AFAIK, the only tasks that cannot be done with the stat at zero are Paramedic (it's 12 consecutive levels take longer than a day to complete), and the Unique Jump from the center divider on the bridge (this looks to be impossible to initiate with the wreckage in the way). Any task that you complete outside of the intro mission will remain completed if/when you reactivate it. The same applies to weapons and cash you pick up. However, any armor you carry will be lost...and your health meter will roll back to 100.
fireguy109
You know, that first mission is very interesting. The weather and time are all coded to be the same. If you kill 8-ball and have weapons, you will still have them when you restart the level. Ever notice how the Kuruma always plays Head Radio? Well, if you cheat and get into it before the cutscene ends, it doesn't actually play head radio all the time, usually it K-jah. As soon as you enter a new vehicle, even if you just re-enter the Kuruma, head radio will always play, from the beginning. That's hard coded. Furthermore, you have to drive the Kuruma parked there to the end of the bridge for the cops to show up, any other car and they don't appear. And those cops willl not exit their cars, even if you shoot @ them and are wanted, and their doors are locked. AND, it is impossible to get a wanted level in the first couple minutes of play. Try it, punch a cop and a star appears then quickly disappears. Cool, huh?
Claude Speed.
Holy sh*t! I remember that too. No wanted level in the first mission. That means you can increase your criminal rating as much as you want during this mission. Too bad I didn't think of that before I started a new save game. After a while you do get a wanted a level actually. Edited February 2, 2011 by Claude Speed.

Arsen Vitiuk
How did you get the FBI car? I'm trying to do the exact same thing as you buy completing as much as possible before doing the second mission Impossible up until completing the 'Last Requests' mission, don't worry. He used a trainer here, I'm more than sure. As I have possibly told you before, in an unmodded game getting an FBI Car in the beginning is in no way possible. P.S. You have any more questions about GTA III - you can ask me directly in a PM
Nukey Shay
Trainer or not, delivery of the FBI Karuma does not help with completion percentage so early in the game anyway. The crane boosts your percentage in the stats only upon the crane's completion...and a cheatless method of scoring a Rhino before "Arms Shortage" absolutely does NOT exist. BTW this means that trying to float a Barracks OL across the water is pretty much a waste of time, as well. A ton of effort for no gain at all. I wouldn't even go out of my way to score an Enforcer while stuck in Portland. Both of those vehicles have a set spawn point in Staunton...so it's just a matter of remembering to drive them over once Last Requests is finished.
