Help with Special Edition GTA4

I pre-booked my copy of GTA4 Special Edition on Game for more then a year ago... Even before they have announced the special Edition... Efter the delay of the game I called them to check in if everything was allright and I asked them what position I was on the list and if there is a Special Ed./Collectors Ed. They told me in second on the list and if there will be a SE or a CE it would be mine... Months later I called in AGAIN to check evertything was allright, now they told be you will get the Special Edition when it comes out..

yesterday, I just went in to the Game shop and asked if they where going to open up at night to sell the game like they do on most big games.. They said yes and you will get 1-Year Xbox Live and 500 MS points if you have booked it here.

I said dont worry, im second on the list and im going to buy the SE.

Then he said no, the first 10 who buy GTA4 will get the SE, it doesnt matter if you have booked it...

 

Now im a bit pissed and I have a simple question.. Can you buy the SE from Rockstargames Warehouse site even if I am Swedish and have a European Version of the Xbox?
