The Killa
I think a staff member should change this topic's title to "America Bashing". Some people are so ignorant, there are many accents that Americans have, and they only are taking the opportunity to say something yet again negative about America. oi m8 shut up and go eat ur burgar king!!! lololololol. I wish I had an Irish accent. I always try working on a fake one while in the shower, and it usually ends up sounding Australian. Oh well. Aussie accents are cool too, I guess. Barciur
The Killa, lol same happens to me. OK I will make a clarification... I love: - Cockney - Australian I hate: - African American Vernacular English (strong American black accent) - Southern US - Mexican accents that's all. I don't understand why blacks in UK can speak like whites in UK, but blacks in US can't speak like whites in US. Oh well.

VideoPoker
I think a thin British accent is probably one of my favourites. Even the most retarded person can sound like a genius when talking with a good British accent. Indian accents are definitely the most annoying for me (a couple too many Indian teachers). Neal40000
Whats the difference between Scottish and Irish accents? besides Irish sounding like pirates. alot, just youtube some scottish people and some irish, there pronounciation is totally different, like irish people say "tree" instead of "three" as english people would say and scottish people would sorta say "thu-ree" (quick ofcourse.) Actually a lot of black people here in the UK, (mostly in london and bristol) have a half jamaican half english accent, cos many are of jamaican origin. At least when you exclude the f*cking disgusting city accents from around Belfast and Derry.
jebness
I absolutely hate that jewish new yorker female accent so much, like the one The Nanny uses. I'm way to used to the aussie accent that I don't hear it (unless its that exaggerated aussie accent in Lost).

Probably the most hated accent of all time. Like that woman on Friends who everyone's annoyed of--especially when she laughs.
GTA3Freak-2001
Favorites would have to be Scottish, Sean Connery & Billy Connolly as fine examples. ILovePolarBears
British is probably my favorite because it can sound so intellectual, while I think a thick Irish accent is the most fun.

Least favorite: Southern US. That being said, not every one in the southern states have that terrible redneck accent. Hell, my boyfriend grew up here and doesn't have one. Stefan.
I like Mainland European accents (except for French). I also somehow like Afrikaaner accents aswell. Don't know why. I also like Scottish and Irish accents. New Zealander accents are just kick-arse aswell. I hate English, American and Australian accents. For me they are all just...bleh. Anyway the New Yorker accent is hilarious (in a good way) love it. "Whadadya want a freekin parade? Get outta heeeer!" I like the stereotypical new york accent lol. It's mostly Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia that are labeled the "redneck" southern accent states. But as I said, I never experienced it in Louisiana. I never really went into the other ones listed, though.

Otter
What can I say? It's like a velvety gnarl of driftwood; pure, innocent, slightly warbly but with a hint of playfulness and a heaping helping of raw sexuality. Ladies and gentlemen, that is the sound of babymaking.
