[Help] Making server online

Hey I'm making a server and at the moment I've added it to my favorites and i can connect to it etc. But when i click on the internet tab it isn't there.

 

I got my friend to try and join it i told him the host and RCON codes. When he clicked connect it taken him straight back to VC:MP 0.3z
