It can't be that drastic if its come from Rockstar! I'm assuming they censored the "Partial Nudity" as seen in the ESRB rating. Considering past GTA games were labeled with "Blood and gore" but only has "Blood" this time, I'm sure the censorship wasn't related to the games violence. I wouldn't call it Confirmed. As I have said in my other post's and so have a few other members, Not Censored! It is MA15+ because this is the highest rating a videogame can get in Australia at present. This rating was passed near the end of 2007. sk8_2_die Posted April 4, 2008 Share Posted April 4, 2008 (edited) i really rekon this is all bollocks, i mean i hear everyone saying that maybe R* sent an edited version INITIALLY to be rated and that they are misleading us by saying its the original posted version but they have stated that it will be identical to ALL OTHER versions being played everywhere else so it couldn't have been a previously edited version....yeah i'm sitting tight until we get some official news because just like that other website that quoted a feature that was speculated by someone off this forum or something all these websites are desparate for news right now....so i wouldn't be suprised if they just took the word of some blogger and just used that as a reference...but if all fails DW just order from the UK my oz brothas its all PAL...its allll good and to be honest if your picky about the price (Currency conversion) just buy it off ebay from an Indian seller...they get PAL aswell and sell cheaper too..i bought Army of Two off them and they even had it before us not that it will matter since its world wide release but yeah and it was 60 AUD buy it now and brand new sealed PAL. But i guess you would want to play it on the day so heres my advice........... BUY the game on release from EB, order another from UK/NZ/India via Ebay or something... It should arrive like a week later and that should be enough time for you to get a refund on the censored version at EB or wherever and just say that your friend bought it for your birthday or something..... lol theres gonna be a sh*tload of returns week after release if this all gets pulled off Edit: and on the note of "whats" being taken out....i highly doubt the drunk driving and drunk mini game will be reduced or removed...i mean Saints Row allowed you to get traaaaaaaaaaaaaaashed and also stoned as hell!! i mean if we were allowed to buy bongs and joints i dont get why theyd pick on GTA....and if its because its a bigger budget game thats bollocks there has to be ONE standard Edited April 4, 2008 by sk8_2_die Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

First they charge us Aussies $20-$40 more than we would pay for any other current gen game, but don't offer us anything extra for our money. Now we're getting LESS for paying MORE.
