TexasDominators
i doubt you would be able to do mission and what not, but you will just be able to play around like freeroam.

fitbikesbmx
there is no co op play in the single play campain. So co-op is part of multi player ok never mind I'll shut up till game comes out Yeah, you can't play through the single player missions in co-op, but there are online modes that are mission based, and you use teamwork to complete them. Not really any different than any other online game, your standard deathmatch games plus some objective based games. You might be able to do mini games online though, perhaps robbing a bank with friends online... That would be fun.
Renblade
perhaps robbing a bank with friends online... That would be fun. Hell Yeah! I'd so love to rob a bank with my friends online. Oh the Carnage...
brandon92701
did any of you actually read the link that was given for this topic or do you simply not understand english. it clearly says that co-op is in it it just highlights other characters and aspects from the single player story. In other words its better than just straight co-op. Your getting more story this way and you get to do it with friends
fraggyy
there is no co op play in the single play campain. True, only co-op online but not in a "Co-op" menu. You play must co-op in certain online matches/gamemodes against A.I. police (N.O.O.S.E)
gibbs1189
I hope that they keep offline co-op in, im going to be pissed if they dont. I have a few friends who dont play enough to warrant having online so it would be nice to be able to play with them still.
tertialtom
COOP doesn't mean you are playing the campaign together it means you and your team cooperatively work towards the same goal. Don't get pissed at people asking a legit questions because your to dumb to understand

It's not incorporated in the full game, there were too many boundaries and Sam (or Dan) Houser mentioned this in a IGN.com interview.
