They mention a mistake in their article of GTAIV from last month. Last month they said that you would be able to upgrade your cellphone to play your music, so you can take it with you while walking. Nope, don't have a scanner. But anyone with the issue (SOCOM's on the cover) can turn to page 12. Bottom left, small paragraph says "Oops!". The first mistake it says they made was saying there was only 14 stations, but there will be more than 18. (which we already know). Then it says, (and I'll copy it exactly) "We also said the game's cell phone could be upgraded to play MP3s, letting you listen to music while you walk around town. That feature was in the version we played but won't be in the final game." As for what the feature meant in the first place (just listening to the radio while walking around or actually listening to the music on your console's hard drive) I don't fully know. But like I said, it may just mean the music on your drive, not the radio stations. It does say MP3s, not radio.
