It's still too small to be a person..even a crouched one, and the light doesn't get any closer as the rocket would. And some buildings never turn off their outdoor lighting. Imagine this if you will.... Your walking down a dark road in the middle of the city at night. there are a couple cars around but it's mostly empty. You know your buddy is out there somewhere, looking for you, hunting you. You get a call on your cell phone. Answer it to find nothing but breathing..... A shot rings out in the distance but you can't quite figure out where from until the ground next to you flashes and pops! You're under fire!! He's found you! But where is he!? You look up and to the left where you think the shot came from and can scarcley see a silloette behind a light on the ledge of a building.
