I'm rarely that observant on my first playthrough...thanks to the OP for posting this. That looks like a Hunter in the background...maybe its being offloaded so the rotors are folded/not installed? They're pathetic little douchenozzles with nothing better to do than whine when someone reposts something or mentions something that's more than 5 minutes old.
