I read a PS3 magazine who had a hands on with GTA IV and they said We lost health quick everytime you inch out of cover you're likely to get shot, luckily we had Rockstar supervisor there to boost up are health with cheats Also if there wasn't cheats it would make for a crap GTA game. So that's probably in. Since they're already there for Rockstar to use, all you have to do is use the whole "random button generator" like Edison Carter used, and then you know what the buttons are to use them. Although Edison Carter will probably be on top of that when the game releases. Don't ask me for a source, go to official news and read around.
