MattyBoy
A folk station would be good. Feature one of David Gilmour's influences... Pete Seeger! Maybe some Richard Thompson as well, another friend of Dave's?! Yes! Richard Thompson, what a legend. Love his stuff. I thought about this today after hearing a brilliant Irish folk trio busking on the high street in town how a folk station would be cool.

You remember when Spinal Tap did their reunion, Harry Shearer and Michael McKean and the guys did a folk group warming up for them, I forget their name off hand, but some really funny stuff. Last page I messed up my Powermad embed, but this one is the full song with a like titled Horror pic used as the 'backdrop'! SlaughterHouse PG-13 content! - Here's the FOLKSMAN!!! HELL YEAH! Blood on the Coals^ Edited April 5, 2008 by Slamman

Slamman
Richard Thompson kicks out the jams here! hahaha - The Tap is always good, they could perform at the comedy clubs in GTA LC for all I care, a little Sex Farm Woman!? But as I AM a major David Gilmour fan, I had to hear Richard's version he chose to cover, Dimming of the Day, with Linda on vocals here live in WA, May '82.... I actually think this would be one INSPIRED choice for Rockstar to use! @Mattyboy, hope you dig this! Pete Seeger explains the hit for the Byrds' Turn Turn Turn! The sync is off as often happens while uploading clips to YouTube. I had good clips turn out bad after they were uploaded, so I know this scenario all too well. -B Edited April 5, 2008 by Slamman
