You can even see a ped on the right looking the helicopter or niko. cant say what hes looking SORRY IF OLD. Jump up, grab the pegs with his hands, use the post for support as he pulles himself up onto the pegs, and when he eventuraly has his feet on the peg, continue climbing up the post. Just a guess... Maybe this is the basic chopper that hunts you down when your wanted seeing as the Black Hawk we keep seeing makes more sense to be a NOOSE one seeing as it is heavily armed.
