Niko B3llic Posted April 3, 2008 Share Posted April 3, 2008 sweet! i live in Austin, Texas so....maybe i can look around some places early just for fun. i know places like gamestop,target,walmart and so forth wont put it out early....just like for halo 3...when i got my copy the actual game case had a huge sticker that said DO NOT SELL UNTIL SEPT 23 or whatever day it came out. so.....best buy and circuit city etc wont be selling it early i can guarantee that. Texans are cowboys, not rednecks. Rednecks come from farr East lowerclass areas. Not saying that if you live in a lowerclass eastern area, you're a redneck. I said what ever I don't want to wait in line. So I well get my game on the 30 or 31 because they ship to best buy or game stop on the 29 or 28 ether late shipment or the first one in the morining. THat was in about November or October Not sure which... It might be differnt by now, Hven't been able to leave the house on car no go you know the rules. Robert 089 Posted April 3, 2008 Share Posted April 3, 2008 I would guess that they could get sued for not putting it on the shelves at the official release date just like what happened with people on the 360 some people got Halo 3 early then they got banned from XBL. (This may not be true but i heard from my mate and hes a 360 fan boy) No one got banned... It was for a really short time, at Argos and Tesco people started buying it early and then they took it off the shelves when they realised they weren't sposed to be selling it.
