Get over it I really don't care if it has snow or not, but if they're implementing a NYC area with everyone being able to see their breath, it would be kind of weird to never see snow. The only real way I see it happening is if they did it like in Bully where there are different chapters and the seasons skip around but for a constantly moving world it would be hard. Rockstar CONFIRMED that there will be ABSOLUTELY 100% NO SNOW. It doesn't matter what you THINK you see in a blurry little video.
