I one of the display message I read, that if you eat to much and go fat, then you can get it. I have full body fat, ran from Angel Pine to Los Santos, ran at the gym, but nothing Only my muscle goes up and fat down Is it possible. You cant have a heart attack in the actual game, but i believe i once saw a mod, where CJ might randomly die anytime, if you have 100% fat.
