Vehicle Spawn?

Maybe I'm a bit dim, but does any body have any idea if there is a way to spawn vehicles (in particular the Dodo) in GTA III for PC? So far I've only seen giveusatank. Amusing, but a bit limited.

There's a mod called garage editor 2.5. It lets you place any vehicle you want(including the dodo) in any color, in any of the 3 garages. It's a simple mod to add and use. Doesn't even need to be installed to the game. Unzip it to your desktop, alt-tab out of the game and open it, select the car you want, apply, close it and go back into the game. Much easier and safer than any trainers.

Is a vechile spawner a mod were do u get it???
