It missed a lot of things that would have made it seem more real. e.g. Rockstar logo coming FIRST, then introduction, which was good, but not 'GTA like'. T2's logo has never appeared in a GTA game. The only change was the DMA Design Guy, changed to the Rockstar North logo. Its got an official feel to it, but theres too much suspicion and darkness around it(cant see the box) for it to be taken seriously. Ill wait until April 29th. We mentioned he could have filmed via camera phone in a not so secure location, that was all that time allowed to get it successfully. Think about the unknowns. Nope, like the GTA PS3 boxes, looks good, but fan manufactured. No one heard of the DVD burners that do labeling with a professional touch? Most people can make good looking knockoffs these days... playerhater Posted March 17, 2008 Share Posted March 17, 2008 i honestly dont have an opinion on whether its fake or not, however it should be noted that at the beginning of the vid when the disk is inserted the ps3 is in the network section of its XMB, normally when moving into the game section of the XMB it shows a small "cd" symbol with the name of whatever game is in the drive, and takes about a second to load the initial XMB title sreen, in this case niko in a red sedan much like one seen in various screens, in this vid when the ps3 is moved into its game section the XMB title screen loads much faster than it should, not allowing us to see the name of the game/disk in the drive, i could be wrong, but im pretty sure im right, any other opinions on this or has it been posted already? Style wise, not soooo much, because in GTA IV, we are in a modern day setting, notice the ships and boats we've already seen, they don't appear out of place or futuristic. The camera work is different... to a degree. During Uncharted's small cutscene method during game play, the camera moved around and up and down too, so it's quite similar to the way the camera does most of the movement on the clip. @Playerhater, I own a PS3 too, It appears to be in the right section, but I'll look see again. I do know you can start a game whenever you put the disc in, the menu won't matter. If the disc is already in, you won't see a full screen display, only a small box with short gameplay footage.
