hey ZAZ, i know u r too busy creating all those awesome mods, but i have a nice idea.

what about doing graffiti. like the tags that u have to spray but u will be able to do graffiti in every wall. what do u think ?

How about converting the prototype Front Mission mech from this mod to Cleo?

The author states in the v1.52 robo readme that both the script and the model are free to use, and to boot, the source code for it is also there to download.

 

It's very fun to mess around with standalone, but it would truly shine if I could use it while running Spaceeinstein's All In One Mod and all the neat features it gives. (like skipping missions so I don't have to replay them all a trillion times to get to the missions I'd like to bring the mech to.) Also, it it was a Cleo script, it could possibly be used in SA-MP, which could be a whole lot of fun. sly.gif

 

My poor scripting skill keeps me from being able to intergrate it with Spaceeinstein's mod with any degree of success. (And it's 4:00 in the morning where I am, been working at it all night for hours and hours now yawn.gif) So, could you please perhaps take this on as a future project? smile.gif

hey ZAZ i have a big problem with new races cleo mod, it was working perfectly but today it just started to crash, when i select ANY of the 3 options it automatically starts the 8 track circuit but the menu stills there, then after some seconds (3 i think) it crashes to desktop without any error message, i tried removing ALL the other mods but the game still crashing confused.gif

 

i dont know what to do, please any idea? or maybe its the mod itself? (i doub it since it was working before)

this is the only cleo races mod and i dont wanna loose it...

I think a taxi mod would be cool, like the one in GTC, but there should be a marker in the middle of the screen when choosing where to go to make it easier, and, you shoud be able to see yourself go there.

 

Also, can someone change the high speedo mod to mph?Coz I have never modded before, and if that isn't possible, could someone make a cleo3 version of the speedo from GTC? I would also like the speedo to either 50% transparent or that car names , etc appear on top of it so you know what car it is.And, it would be cool if you can turn it on/off with the YES answer button, like in GTC.

 

Oh, and is there any cleo3 mods that make the car wash work, and cleans your car, and the cars start clean, then dirty as you go along in it, like on the PS2 version.(Although the PS2 version doesn't have a car wash that works but that would be cool if it worked)

I totally promote this idea

the robot should be made in cleo like the "Metal Gear Rex" robot by Ryosuke

also, the biker mission could be a .cm submission also in cleo

would be fantastic biggrin.gif

I think the SCM code for +++'s robot is too big for .cs format

Cs or cm, its a hard work to convert. And at moment Im to lacy for gta modding.

Why dont use Ryosukes Metal Gear REX ? Is it not the same ?

I had that strange problem too, not in the normal street races though, only 8 track, dirt track or blood ring. However if i leave my vehicle during a street race, it crashes the same way.

Yes guys, i know the Cleo new race script is unstable because I used global variables to save the race best time.

3 races crahes: City Circuit and Into the Country of LS and San Fierro Hills.

Allways at the same location and when I run the game with full main.scm (original main)

With stripped main they works.

If you played a race and drive then to near SF policestation, or make save and load this savegame, it crash.

I recomand to use the main mod version

Dont know if i can. The script needs much storeble entries. Thats a problem with Cleo.

Ok np, anyway, I just tried GTASA_CLEO3_PimpmycarBeta2 but it bugs my cleo speedometer. The textures of the speedo becomes white after I finished to mod a car with your menu. So I think something goes in constrast with the speedo.

Yes these are the text_draw codes which both needs

Exit and enter the car to to refresh the script runnings

Dont know. Its difficult to find the reason. Maybe you must use an other exe.

I and other german guys had the problem that Cleo wont work. No crash but also nothing happend.

Cleo requires the moddable GTASA version:

CLEO 3 supports SA of both versions 1.0 and 1.01. It was tested with the US 1.0 and EUR 1.01 versions This refers to the gta_sa.exe which runs in your game

 

If Cleo cause crashes, so refresh your game files to have an unmodded GTASA as base

Search for an other exe.

Try the vorbis files of JernejL

these files play a special role:

-vorbisFile.dll

-vorbisHooked.dll

Apart from these which are contained in Seemanns CLEO 3-Library can also be downloaded by JernejL (Delfi), the author of ASI plugin loader

press 0 (ciro) for nightvision and 9 for thermal

press same keys to deactivate
