I was determined to know very little about the game until I played it. But that was WAY too hard, I've read pretty much all the info so far. I wasn't strong enough. As awesome as they are, I'd rather have a big one . About the name, I think its gonna show rampages, and the "Good lord, what are you doing?" is a ped line when you start shooting. Just a guess.
