Broadband Alternatives

With the news of GTA Multiplayer I am now set on getting decent broadband however due to my location wired broadband is out of the question. I have satalite but due to limits using it for online play is out of the question. What are my other options for online play? Do I have any?

 

What about those plug-in broadbands?

pluf in broadband -- u mean off the wireless mobile network like 3G?

 

they are not great for multiplayer... ok for browsing. just rather jerky so may not have the smoothness that is needed for acceptable playing online.

 

i would suggest looking to see if you have a local community wireless network. that one would run off non mobile wireless and would be better. alternative ly you could start yor own communicty wiereless network scheme. you just need one fast fixed broadband connection and everyone else uses a wireless to connect to it i i think.
