CCPD
Try reinstalling the game. After uninstalling the game you need to delete GTA San Andreas folder located in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games. Only then install the clean copy of the game.
gtamodder
If you're on vista, Uninstall SA, Delete the SA Folder, delete the gta_sa.set in (Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files), then go to C:\Users\Your User Name\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas. Then delete the SA Folder there. Now install the game. If you're on XP, Just Re-install, no need to delete any files or folders. You shouldn't need to, I've tested that on 3 XP Computers and it works fine on XP, Even without deleting files. The cars will probably be causing your computer to freeze. If it was not freezing when you had none, then I am 100% sure it is the car mods.

Girish
Can I just replace "models" and "data" folder? Because i don't have DVD anymore... You can if you have made backups of the original files. Also, don't forget to delete the set file from the User Files folder. Then when i will solve this problems and reinstall game, will I be able to install other mods or i won't??? Yes but first, try without the v1.01 patch. I suspect it might be causing the freeze.
