elpartizan88 Posted March 14, 2008 Share Posted March 14, 2008 the more i look into this game the more hyped i get.. this game has it all: a cover system, multiplayer, on both PS3/360, variety of weapons, RAGE and Euphoria engine, realistic explosions and other effects, endless amount of missions, free roam, nice graphics, DLC, a huge detailed city, etc.. if any game deserves a 10/10 i think GTA4 is more than qualified.. Seriously, its GTA, it defines our generation. yea, San Andreas has always been the number one PS2 game on the top ten best games on gamespot and it had plenty of tough competition.. fitbikesbmx Posted March 14, 2008 Share Posted March 14, 2008 Well, I'll be honest, usually a score like 9.5 is GREAT for a game, but for gtaIV, I think it would a disappointment. Anything less than a 10 really won't give the game justice, at least it seems that way now. All the recent previews talk about how great the game runs, and even if it has it's share of glitches, it will still be the best game ever made, period. So PS3 version is a 10 and x360 version is a 9.0, beacuase we all know the game has better graphics on the PS3 and plays on the superior controler with the best sound and gameplay on the superior format Blu-ray with the best load times. hell yeah. No game deserves a pure ten, every top score issued is an offense to gaming evolution. The GTA-series has consisted of awesome games, but labeling them pure perfection is too tabloid in my opinion. GTAIII received a 9.6, Vice city received a 9.7 and then SA got a 9.9, see the trend yet? so since SA got a 9.9 theres only one place higher than tht, and i highly doubt tht GTA IV will score lower than SA Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
