The only safehouse they spawn at is Vercetti Estates, just like the Diaz Cartel at Diaz's Mansion. There's always an on-going war between the Vercetti Gang and the Haitians over at Kaufman Cabs, Little Haiti. Its so funny! The Haitians suck and are easily taken down by the Vercetti Gang. Also, once when I was at Cherry Poppers Ice Cream Factory, the Vercetti Gang started a gang war with the Cubans! I thought we were allies and yet, we're fighting each other. In addition to the members that spawn at property sites around the city you can also have a small number of them follow you once you get 100%. I find this to be incredibly amusing when you purchase the Printing place on the border of Little Havana and Little Haiti because than you have a 3 gang merger there and all hell breaks loose. It's basically the Vercetti's vs. the Haitians vs. the Cubans. Than the cops usually come in and make it even worse... Also, when you beat the game your guys get better weapons. It was crazy! I didn't want to get involved, so I high-tailed it outta there. Besides, my homeboys would take care of it. Also, after what percentage do the Vercetti Gang get better weapons? Its so awesome. Whenever I'm hanging outside Vercetti Estates, I hear gunshots and see a PIG running toward the Vercetti Gang. There's so many Vercetti Gang members that the PIG dies before they can even touch my guys. Its so jokes! Its fun to see the PIGs trying to fight organized crime and immediately die. Hah! Losers.
