I paid more for it, and i'm still happy. Yeah I'm on my Sony Vaio desktop right now since I didn't go to best buy yet. But the laptop is actually faster and has a bigger hard drive than my desktop. I was surprised I could get a 250gb hard drive, 2gb ram, dual layer dvd burner, and intergrated cam from HP for $700 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My dad bought one about 5 years ago and he paid over $1200 for it and it was jsut a basic one. Now a days you can buy basic laptops for like $500. So yeah If I were you I'd buy it. It's a good deal.
