The 24" widescreen VS. a standard 4:3 running at 1024 x 768 Keep in mind that this how the page looks before any side to side scrolling on the low res, and that this is the same photo, from the same thread in each screen capture. 24" HD widescreen @ 1920 x 1200 20.1" 4:3 @ 1024 x 768 If whatever you have is great for you, then so be it, but those who don't keep up with new tech will begin to develop only more issues like this. I'm not here to judge, these are just the facts. My intention is to make those who complain about large photos aware of the fact that the reason they can't see it all is a problem with their antiquated equipment, not an indiscretionary poster. Indeed. The larger, the better. I'm not going back to something under 27" and in retrospect I should have went and bought the 30" instead. Internet, games and movies at a higher res are simply pure win. (you have to invest more $$$ in your GPU though). I hear all of that, Athena. I got my 24" almost a year ago now. It only took about 2 months before I was kicking myself for not waiting for the 30". But... it may be blessing in disguise because for a while now, I've been running a dual monitor set-up. (24" widescreen / 20.1" 4:3), and now I want more. I'm thinking now, I'll get another 24" since they're coming way down, and a 30", and run a triple set-up with the 30" in the middle, and a 24" on each side. Hell, yeah! Still someone did even if there's a resizer at the first post People are lazy werenotfugazi i think people should resize to something that don't stretches 1280x1024 as that is the most used resolution. You can see it on page 4. It would be appreciated if the ones who post comparisons would check the previous comparisons because that way we don't have to watch the same ones over and over again . I personally find it waaayy more annoying that people quote the poster above them including their pictures and put a "nice one " or something else less meaningful at the bottom.. sure it may have been a nice pic but do we really need to repeat it 3 times??
