Technically its being celebrated this year on the 15th of March instead of the 17th because the 17th falls during Easter week, but I think most people are still regarding Monday the 17th as Paddys Day. It makes no difference to me as I'm going to be celebrating between tonight and Monday night! So whats everyones plans for Paddys weekend? I've got no specific plans other than over-indulging on alcohol, and making a complete twat of myself! Happy St. Patrick's Day! Temple Bar by any chance? I'm gonna be living their in a few months though so I better get used to it. Paddys weekend has been awesome so far. I haven't got much sleep in the past three days, but thats always a good sign! I just got back from the parade in town a while ago, and I think I'll head back into town in a few hours. Its a f*cking awesome day too! I'll probably be going to university their in September. UCD hopefully. I'm probably going to be living in Donnybrook with a few lads I know. If not UCD, then I might be going to NUI Maynooth, which is like half an hour outta Dublin by train. Paddys Day was awesome as always, but I'm now starting to suffer the consequences of four days drinking and lack of sleep. It was worth it though. I had a great day though, we drank a sh*tload in the late afternoon sun along the quay then apparently went on a little mini-pub crawl. So much weird sh*t happened last night, heh, I dropped my chinese as soon as I'd paid for it (raging), I have a Scotsman's blood on the back of my jumper and there's a taxi going round today with only 3 wheels. We walked some guy from Glasgow home because he got the sh*t kicked out of him by some English football team who were celebrating St.Paddys over here. He kept falling over and got his blood all over me, heh. Then the taxi we got home skidded on frost and completely lost a wheel on the kerb. We had to run down the hill and pick it up, lol.
