Flesh-n-Bone
I am playing VC and right now I don't have any missions to do but I have not done the whole storyline either. The only missions I have is the Biker Gang ones and Love Fist. Do I have to buy any of the properties or a phone call will do it? According to g-unleashed by storyline missions I have now only Cap the Collector and the final one, but they never show up? Somebody know what's wrong? EDIT: Also Avery's missions are there but I don't want to do them.
JAJ
You need to purchase the assets (Taxi, PrintWorks, Cherry Poppers, Mailbu Club, etc) and do missions for them. I think you'll need to do the Biker Gang ones and Love Fist too. Once you get most of them purchased & the missions done you will get a call to do the Cap the Collector mission. Hope this Helps! Yeah it did, I am now done with the Biker Gangs. But I don't have the money to purchase them, specially for Malibu Club. Is there any cheat giving you money? And I thought you'll get a call telling u to do buy a property like in SA. But no, I bought the Ice Cream place and no missions are there I think. saintdave
There isn’t a money cheat, so as an alternative you could do side missions to earn more money. The Ice Cream factory doesn’t yield missions, instead you have to make 50 sales in the Mr. Whoopee truck. When you have done that the factory will generate $3000 max per day. Flesh-n-Bone
I understand now, so I wont get call or such telling I have to buy a property like in SA there was?
saintdave
No not that I recall anyway. There is an icon in front of the property in question prior to purchase just so the gamer has an indication of which they can and cant buy. The icon is a little house icon, red at first and green after completing the mission Shakedown.
Spuds725
The cutscene after "Shakedown" told you that you can now purchase properties. See the vid-- Skip to 5:40 and you will catch the cutscene that you may have missed (or perhaps you haven't done shakedown yet). Avery missions open up the Cuban and haitian missions... they are side missions but IMO worth completing. And I have done all the story-line missions until Cap the Collector and the property one's. The main reason why I skip Avery's one's is because the Demolition Man mission is useless and really annoying. I can't do that, so if in this VC forum there's a game help I would like to post it so someone do this one + Publicity Tour because the car always explodes. JEGO24
I need to find out if I have all of my story line missions done. I've bought all of the properties, and no missions are available. I've looked through a couple of lists and I don't recognize some of them. Is there more after you complete the big mission at Tommy's mansion?
Spuds725
There are missions at the mansion and then the final mission is at the mansion-- it is kind of difficult--- with trying to keep the spoilers to a minimum-- a whole buttload of goons try to take your money-- your first objective is to defend the safe in your office. After the mission, the game credits roll.... There are 8 assets total-- 4 have missions, 4 have tasks... THe missions are obvious (go in the pink markers) THe tasks aren't... Cherry Poppers-- Sell 50 ice cream IN A ROW Strip Club-- go in back room and spend $300 (5 minutes of sitting there) Boat Yard-- COmplete Checkpoint CHarlie in required time (get in one of the boats-- the one on the left is faster IMO) Sunshine Autos-- Go back behind and look for a list of cars posted on the wall-- Find and deliver them to the garage door next to the list... the first list completes the asset--- there are 4 lists total-- each list unlocks a different car... all are required for 100% but only the 1st list advances the story. To advance the story... Complete Vercetti Missions at mansion, Complete Printworks, Complete any 5 other assets. JEGO24
I did the last mission where Tommy is sitting on the steps talking to his lawyer and they walk out then the credits rolled. Does that mean I did all of the other jobs? I have side missions to do.

Does that mean I did all of the other jobs? I have side missions to do. It means you have done the story-line and the asset one's. Side missions are like Avery Carrington, Cuban & Hatian gang and Love Fist one's. They are interesting some of, but need some job like one of the Haitian one's and Avery's Demolition Man. There could still be some story missions left as you only have to complete 6 of 8 assets to progress the story... their still COULD BE story missions to do.... as mentioned above there could also be side missions left... besides the above: Biker missions, Phils Missions, and Phone missions...
