L33t Masta
From the sound of all the interviews and the articles on IGN it sounds like it's gonan add alot of realism and depth to the game. people grabbing onto the side of your car if they're hit, acting like a REAL PERSON would. As this is going to be one of the first applications of the technology, it's going to be a big part of the game and it's going to make or break it's reputation. Jack-Stowe
I Agree.. Just to have the game. And see all the things that can happen. Probably without expecting it.. The reactions of a body when its shot, or falling or in a fist fight. Its going to be amazing. Its going to make me laugh everytime a body goes flying when hit by a car though haha.. Euphoria will rule in this GTA!
L33t Masta
Hopefully the hits will be better than Saints Row. Wile it was a nice filler till GTA4, I want this tech more.

Arthur Borgan
Is this the first game to release that features Euphoria?? Yep. The new Star Wars game will too, but that comes out after GTA. On topic, it will be awesome. Even though we sort of know what to expect form the new engine, we will all be blown away by what it actually looks like and how it acts, as opposed to hearing about what it can do. (unless you have already seen it...)
GoldenJoel
Nathan I'm shocked. Anyway. I am concerned with the whole grabbing hands thing that Penny Arcade so gracefully exampled: http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2008/02/
DunkTheBoy
It's definately the new addition I'm looking forward to most. Simple ragdoll physics have always fascinated and amused me and this just blows them out the water. It's going to be so f#cking good.

I would try to save someone by pulling them up, but it makes the games far more realistic. I don't foresee much hand holding in GTA4 however. Would you rather fall off and hit the ground at full speed? But really, I would be impressed if they interacted better than in the previous GTA games. DunkTheBoy
Has everyone seen the Force Unleashed clips showing off Euphoria? If not you should. Awesome.
CarpetDweller
The funny thing is that if Euphoria is working as I believe it should, we probably won't notice after a while. Like most good special effects the best ones are the ones you don't even see. You just accept it as real and natural. Going back to the older games - that's when you'll really notice it. But, yes. I'm looking forward to testing just how much of an impact this has on things like car chases as well as just making the world more believable. L33t Masta
btw, its NOT Euphoria. XD What are you talking about? http://www.naturalmotion.com/euphoria.htm "Euphoria brings Dynamic Motion Synthesis (DMS) onto Playstation® 3, Xbox 360 and PC. With euphoria, animations are not canned but are generated on-the-fly by the CPU as the game is played. Every tackle is your tackle, every haymaker is your haymaker." That's exactly the tech they're using in the game.
