I think I get what you're doing - you're creating pdf's the same size as the 2-page large scans, but the page 5 I supplied isnt the same size as the individual pages so your "pdf" isn't consistent in quality? grr I shall see if I can scan it later, I have an all-in-one HP thing at home so hopefully the scan quality should suffice.
