I'm a lady fan of GTA, but I was just wondering ..I read a lot of posts here, and there's still some things I don't understand ..for instance, what are pop-ups? HUD? WillE Posted March 14, 2008 Share Posted March 14, 2008 HUD stands for Heads Up Display, and in the case of GTA games the HUD is your weapons, and money and so on. Um Pop- Ups? I'm not really sure myslef, as far as GTA games go, maybe the color-y floaty things such as weapons and "hidden packages?" I'm not really sure though. I'll probably think of more Q's later, but that's all I have for now ..THANKS fellas! pop ups happend, in the game when you are driving and, and then out of nowhere.. you see a bulding that you didnt see while driving to it. and the hud is, if you played san andreas, vice city, gta 3, etc... it has the money digits. weapon square- shows a little drawing of the weapon you have. and the amount of ammo. and your health. all of this is stuff is called the HUD. and all of this is at the higher right corner of the game screen. but the new gta iv game. has a different hud. so there you go... hope it helps LOL Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
