for the cheat device is there any "WORKING" code for liberty city stories that will add all weapons in the game (all 36) to your inventory i have a code like that for VCS already and i've seen a couple on cheatsync but i tried 3 codes from there and none of them work

Not possible. Many of the weapon slots are muti-use, such as the rocket launcher and mini-gun, meaning you can have one or the other, not both at the same time.

 

Here is the code that should cover all the weapon types available. I got this from CheatSync.
