Instead of TakeTwo putting all of their effort into marketing/manufacturing the game wouldn't they have to focus more on this takeover and where to go from there? With such a big event as this happening could they still manage to close this deal with EA, sort everything out with that AND manage to get GTA IV in stores by April 29th? I'm so scared. Also, the people focusing on getting IV on the shelves are different people than the ones that would be having to deal with the takeover. It's crucial for the company to release IV on the 29th. I think it would be more crucial for TT to meet that date being independent rather than being owned by EA. EA could afford another delay.
